Spokane Mold Co. is a free referral service, not a contractor and not a fleet of trucks. We do not perform mold remediation, removal, testing, or inspection. When you send a request, we may share it with up to 3 independent, locally operating providers serving Spokane and Spokane Valley. Those providers set their own prices and are responsible for their own licensing and insurance. We don't publish an invented operating history, a founder story, or a certification this brand holds. What we can tell you plainly is how a request is shared and what we will not claim.

That structure exists for a practical reason, not just a disclosure requirement. Sharing a request with more than one independent provider means a property owner is not waiting on a single company's calendar. Mold situations in Spokane and Spokane Valley range from a small bathroom spot to a full crawl space job, and no single provider handles every scope equally well.

What Providers Are Responsible For

Washington State has no distinct, state-issued mold remediation license, which means the word "certified" gets used loosely across this industry. Contractors who do this kind of construction-type work must register as general contractors with WA Labor & Industries under RCW 18.27. That registration is the provider's obligation, not a license Spokane Mold Co. holds. We do not claim a contractor license, bond, or insurance policy of our own.

IICRC S520 is the industry standard for mold remediation work. It is not a certification Spokane Mold Co. holds, and we won't claim otherwise. If a contractor tells you a state certification makes them uniquely qualified, ask what that certification actually is, since Washington doesn't issue one specific to this trade.

When you submit a request, we collect the information you enter, including your name, phone number, optional email, selected service, location and project details. We also record the page URL, the notice shown, its version and the submission time. When available, the referring page and campaign parameters are included. A hidden honeypot field helps detect spam.

This site does not publish testimonials, star ratings, or review counts, real or otherwise. We don't invent a specific operating-history figure, a headcount, or a certification we don't hold. Cost figures on this site are sourced and dated, not pulled from thin air, and where a claim connects Spokane's documented climate data to a general mold mechanism rather than a Spokane-specific study, we say so plainly instead of overstating it.
